While a short commute is one of the practical academic benefits of being a resident here, we aim to support you in other ways. Our computer lounge provides access to both Apple and Windows computers connected to high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can get work done without leaving our community. What’s more, the study rooms are a perfect spot to gather classmates for study sessions or for preparing for presentations. After you’re done with work, perfect your swing on the golf simulator, or head to the clubhouse where you can play billiards, shuffleboard, foosball, and more. Enjoy beautiful views from the rooftop while you lounge in the resort-style pool or hot tub. Make sure to also check out our fitness center, complete with state-of-the-art workout equipment. You can also hang out with other residents in the private courtyards. With all of our upscale amenities, there’s something for everyone!

The Standard at Tallahassee is raising the bar for luxury student living. First-year students enjoy all of the modern features of our apartments as compared with outdated dorms. We offer floor plans to encompass a variety of budgets and preferences, from studio apartments to six-bedroom apartments. Depending on the floor plan you choose, apartments may contain furniture items such as couches, desks, dining sets, and TVs, as well as beds and dressers in the bedrooms. Most floor plans also provide the convenience of private en-suite bathrooms. As a bonus addition to your privacy and security, bedrooms and private bathrooms are individually keyed. Residents can save time and money doing laundry by utilizing the washer and dryer, which comes standard in every unit. Kitchens also come fully equipped and include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Our FSU apartments also include high-speed Internet and cable, so you have access to everything you need for both work and play.

Be in the center of it all! Our apartments near FSU give residents coveted access to both campus and local hotspots. The university is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive away, and our community has easy access to bus routes. Meet up with new friends and grab a bite at local favorites such as Au Péché Mignon French Pastry Shop, Little Athen’s Gyro, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Chi Chi’s Cafe, Spear It, and more. If you want to spice it up, take to the skies on a ziplining adventure at the Tallahassee Museum. Students can also enjoy native gardens and hiking trails where local wildlife roams. The Florida Historic Capitol Museum is also a must-see for any new Tallahassee resident. All this and more is located just minutes from our community.
