Pricing & Floor Plans
Our FSU student housing includes studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments. Individual housing contracts mean your student can retreat to a private, individually keyed bedroom. All of our furnished apartments are fully furnished with custom-designed furniture packages, and high-speed Internet and cable service are included in the installment payments.

Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. Furthermore, the app recognizes the importance of living criteria like service and emotional support animals and factors this into the matching process.
Housing Contracts
Our housing contracts are 12 months in duration and extend from August to July. We created our contract terms based on the FSU school year and in order to enable students to move in for the beginning of the fall semester.
